Hourly Fee and Terms of Service

• Hourly Service Fee: Rp. 75,000 per hour.
• 24/7 (Live-in) Service: Calculated as 14 working hours per day. This option does not include session fees.
  
  

Session Fee

• A Session Fee is the minimum daily charge for reserving a nanny’s services, even if the nanny is not utilized on that day.
• The minimum daily charge includes 4 working hours + 1 session fee.
  
  

Live-In Requirements

• Customers must provide meals and drinks for the nanny.
• Accommodation for the nanny can be shared with the children, if applicable.
  
  

Extra Transport Fee

• If the nanny needs to travel to and from the workplace, an additional transport fee will apply.
  
  

Booking & Payment Terms

1. Initial Invoice

   • Upon booking, customers will receive an invoice based on the estimated total hours of service.
   • A 30% deposit must be paid immediately to secure the nanny’s services.
     
     

2. Final Invoice

   • After the completion of services, customers will receive a final invoice reflecting the actual hours of service provided.
   • Payment for any additional hours beyond the initial estimate must be made immediately.
   • If the services end earlier than planned and the initial payment exceeds the actual cost, the difference will be refunded.
